At UniqueTopup.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Top-Up Orders (Game / In-Game Currency)

Refund is only applicable if the order has not been delivered or processed by our system.

Once a top-up is successfully delivered, the order becomes non-refundable.

If a customer provides an incorrect User ID, Server ID, or Game Information, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all details are accurate before confirming payment.

2. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Digital Subscriptions

All Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Digital Subscriptions are non-refundable once the order is completed.

If a voucher is delivered and already viewed, redeemed, or revealed, it is strictly non-refundable.

In special cases, if a voucher is delivered but not viewed or used, we may review the case and consider a refund.

This is done at our discretion only

Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed for all items or situations

3. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If payment is completed but the order is not delivered due to a system or service issue, customers may request:

A refund, or

A replacement / re-delivery

The final decision will be made after verification by our support team.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be sent using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Important Notes

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

UniqueTopup.com reserves the right to decline refund requests that violate this policy.
